We guarantee that our laptop batteries will meet or exceed the performance of any other laptop battery with the same specifications on all counts of durability, structure and fit. All our laptop batteries carry a 12-month, full repair or replacement warranty for any form of manufacturing defects.
Warranty protection does not cover:
- Battery damage due to charging failure, alteration, negligence, abuse, accident, improper installation or freezing.
- If it is from another merchant.
- Loss of time, inconvenience, or other incidental or consequential damages.
- Misapplied or incorrectly sized batteries.
- Batteries that have physical damage present.
- Discharged batteries that can be recharged and returned to service.
